Komal Saul Jolpaan Recipe
Ingredients:
- Kumal Saul rice – 50 grams
- Curd – 2 tablespoons
- Jaggery – 1 teaspoon
- Normal/lukewarm water – A glass
Instructions:
- Soak 50 grams of Kumal Saul rice in water for half an hour. If you’re in a hurry, you can soak the rice for 15 minutes in lukewarm water.
- After soaking, drain the rice and transfer it to a serving bowl.
- Pour 2 tablespoons of curd or milk over the rice, as desired, and sprinkle it with 1 teaspoon of jaggery.
- Serve the dish instantly to enjoy this traditional breakfast of Assam.
