We deliver across India through trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier operations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Any additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refused deliveries, or re-shipment requests shall be borne by the customer.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within the applicable return period with supporting photographs and order details.

Refunds, replacements, or store credits are subject to verification by Pahari Roots. We reserve the right to reject claims that are fraudulent, unsupported by sufficient evidence, or inconsistent with courier records.

Wholesale, bulk, corporate, or custom-labelled orders may be governed by separate return and cancellation terms.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, and product images. Since many of our products are naturally sourced, variations in colour, texture, aroma, or appearance may occur.

Some products may be processed or packed in facilities that also handle nuts, seeds, dairy, gluten, spices, or other allergens. Customers should carefully review product information before consumption.

Once an order has been delivered, proper storage and handling of the products become the customer's responsibility. Pahari Roots shall not be liable for quality deterioration resulting from improper storage after delivery.

Pahari Roots is committed to transparency and product quality. Our Lakadong Turmeric undergoes regular laboratory testing to verify purity, quality, and curcumin content. Batch-specific laboratory reports are published only for products that have been tested and are available through our Lab Reports page.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and ensuring that all information provided during registration or checkout is accurate.
